"I can't even believe I feel like I do. I was such a mess when we first talked. I didn't know how I was going to do this. But I am so glad I chose you guys rather than a one-on-one. And I don't need my ex anymore."
Social self-worth from 39 to 95.
"I can confidently say that I'm good. I won't say excellent or fantastic, because I am still dealing with divorce things. But the clarity in thinking, the path that I know I want to move forward on, that's what changed."

The Phoenix Seminar is incredibly straightforward.
You'll take our divorce recovery self-test, then join 10 live weekly classes on Zoom. Each class covers one part of the RIFT Method, with simple exercises between classes. At the end, you'll retake the self-test and see exactly how far you've come. It's that simple!

The first step is to release everything that happened. Holding on to the past keeps you stuck: replaying the same questions, carrying the same hurt, waiting for it to fade on its own. The first two stages help you let it go, so the divorce stops running your life.

Stage 1: Thinking
Quiet the questions that keep you up at night
Why did this happen? What could I have done differently? Your mind keeps replaying the same questions, hoping an answer will finally make the pain stop. It won't, because the answer isn't the solution. In this stage, you'll learn what's underneath those questions, so they lose their grip and you can finally think clearly again.

Stage 2: Feeling
Let go of the grief and anger you've been carrying
Crying every day can feel like grieving, but it's more like a cup filled to the brim: it spills over the sides, and the cup stays full. In this stage, you'll learn to empty it on purpose, and to move anger out instead of managing it forever. Many people feel the biggest relief here, and what's left is a sense of peace they haven't felt in a long time.
Once you've let go, there's room for something new. You can't go back to the way things were, and you don't have to. The last two stages help you build the next chapter: knowing who you are now, and creating healthier relationships with the people who matter most.

Stage 3: Identity
Discover who you are now
"I don't know who I am anymore." If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. Divorce changes you, and you can't go back to who you were before. In this stage, you'll use what you've learned about how you think and feel to decide who you want to be, and start becoming that person.

Stage 4: Relationships
Rebuild trust and stop repeating old patterns
This stage isn't about dating. It's about rebuilding trust with your kids, family, and friends, and understanding the patterns that played out in your marriage. When you know how you're wired, you stop repeating the past, and you build healthier relationships with the people who matter most, including a future partner when you're ready.
What our graduates say
We asked them to answer these questions for you:
What was going on in your life when you started?
What made you decide to join the program?
What's different for you now?
What would you tell someone who's considering joining?
Denise felt trapped in her marriage for years. She thought divorce would make things better. Instead, in her words, "I was way worse." For three and a half years, she put off dealing with it. She cried much of the day, didn't want to talk to anyone, and had accepted that she'd be unhappy for the rest of her life. Her kids tried to encourage her, but "there was no encouraging me."
She was skeptical. She didn't want to spend the money, and she dreaded the work. She watched testimonial after testimonial, wondering how these people could go from where they were to completely transformed. Then she put notes up all over her apartment: "Trust the process, Denise."
She did. She read her grief homework out loud to her class without skipping a single painful sentence. The next night, driving home from her shift, she screamed in her car until, as she put it, "it was like demons were coming out." That was her turning point. Her social self-worth went from 10 to 87. The woman who didn't want to talk to anyone ended up on the phone with her classmates for hours every week.
Ten weeks later, she reread her old journal and thought, "There's no way I was like this just 10 weeks ago."
Her advice: "You don't want to spend the money, but you just can't afford not to."

She left a long marriage in her 60s, and she thought she might be the oldest person ever to take the class. She'd reached the point where, in her words, she'd "rather live in a homeless shelter" than stay. She found Rebuilders by accident online. She had a fair amount of training in this area herself, so she figured she'd know right away whether it was any good. After the first conversation, she knew it would help.
Before class, her therapist asked her to describe the kind of woman she wanted to be, and she couldn't. By the end, she could. She'd learned that what she says, thinks, feels, and does matters, after years of burying it. Her classmates told her that her contributions to the group were invaluable, which amazed her.
Her advice: "Do it. Do it. And let the process help you." She calls it "worth five times what I paid for it, no matter if you wanted the divorce or if you didn't."

Each class is 60 to 90 minutes depending on the topic. Each week we will give you homework to do and some learning. You can learn in one or more ways: watch videos, listen to the audiobook, or read the book. Depending on which method you choose can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Then there is homework to do as well. This ranges from about 5 minutes to an hour each week.
Use AI for what it's good at. But it gives generic advice, plays it safe, and tells you what you want to hear. Healing happens with people who understand, following a proven process that moves you forward.
Both! The four stages are the same. People who left often struggle most with identity; people who were left often carry more grief.
No one can promise how fast you'll heal. Your results depend on showing up and doing the work. But every student we measured improved, and the typical student went from the 49th to the 84th percentile in 10 weeks.
A four-stage process (Thinking, Feelings, Identity, and Relationships) that helps you work through your divorce in the order you actually heal.
A structured class, with a clear process and people going through the same thing, gets results that are hard to get alone. You get a map, people who understand, and a reason to keep going each week.
It depends on you. Most people feel real relief in the first few weeks, often once they start working on grief and anger. Identity takes the longest; the 10 weeks starts that work rather than finishing it.
No. The price covers all 10 classes. If you want a printed copy of the book or workbook, you can get it at the wholesale price, including shipping.
No. More than half of the people who join us aren't divorced yet. You can even do it while still living in the same home.
Many participants do both. Therapy often helps people understand their pain; the Seminar helps you work through it in a structured way, alongside others. Some people put therapy on hold during the 10 weeks.
Yes. Stage four is about building healthy relationships with your kids, family, friends, and eventually a partner, so you don't repeat the same patterns.
Just Zoom and the ability to read and write. The printed book and workbook are optional.
The work you do now shows up in how you parent. One graduate's kids told her, "Mom, you don't seem so heavy anymore."
No. You don't need to share anything you're not ready to share.
Rebuilders International has been doing this since 2018, built on more than 50 years of Rebuilding work. We were named the Best Divorce Recovery Program in the United States of 2026, and our work has appeared on major news networks.
Come to the first class. If it isn't right for you, let us know before class two and we'll refund you in full. We can't guarantee how fast you'll heal, because that depends on the work you put in.

Yes. Classes are live on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere, and graduates are often surprised how close their group becomes.
Support groups are wonderful for connection, but many don't have a structured process. The Phoenix Seminar gives you both: people who understand, and a clear path through four stages.
You keep lifetime access to the course videos, exercises, and tools, and graduates can keep going in our Graduate Program.
Kevin is the founder and CEO of Rebuilders International and the author of 10-Week Divorce Recovery, an Amazon best seller. When his own marriage ended in 2017, he was a single dad running a manufacturing business and leading his local Cub Scouts, and he was barely functioning. He found a Rebuilding class near home, and it changed everything.
He started Rebuilders International in 2018 to bring those programs back together and make them available to anyone, anywhere. An engineer by training, he built the RIFT Method and the way Rebuilders measures recovery.
Last year, he helped more than 1,000 people through their divorce.
He's been divorced twice himself, so he knows this road firsthand.
