Each week is a different topic - all designed to help you get perspective, understand, or give relief.
Anger might be the most misunderstood emotion in divorce. You might be ashamed of how much of it you're carrying — at your ex, at the situation, at yourself. Or you might be doing everything you can to push it down and stay "fine." Either way, it's exhausting. Here's what changes things: anger isn't the real problem. It's a signal. Anger shows up to protect something that matters to you — your sense of worth, a basic need, something you believe is right. When you learn to read what it's actually pointing to, it stops being a force that runs you and becomes information you can use. This session looks honestly at the different ways we handle anger — suppressing it, blowing up, letting it leak out sideways — and what it looks like to express it in a way that's healthy and respectful instead. Not by burying it, and not by being run by it. You'll leave understanding your own anger better, and with a healthier way to work through it — so it stops having the last word.
